BROOKLYN, NY – The Shawn Carter Foundation host annual Toy Drive on December 19, 2015 at Children of Promise, Brooklyn, NY. Established in 2003 by Shawn Carter and his mother Gloria Carter the 501c3 organization supports initiative to empower youth and communities through the Foundation's scholarship fund, college tours, study abroad experences, counseling initiatives, and giveback programs. The facility for the 2015 Toy drive was provided by Children of Promise a 501c3 organization founded to offer children of prisoners an opportunity excel in life through positive experiences.
